2. How to Initiate a Return
To return a product, follow these steps:

- Pack the Item Securely – Ensure the watch or product is well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the Item – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
- Return Processing & Refund – Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued based on the following conditions:
- Approved Returns – A full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Partial Refunds – If the item is returned with missing components, damaged packaging, or visible signs of use, a partial refund may be issued.
- Non-Refundable Items – Personalized, final sale, and worn watches are not eligible for refunds.

4. Exchanges
